At Virgin Hair Boutique, we strive to ensure prompt delivery of your orders. Here's what you can expect:

Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 2 - 5 business days from the date of order placement. If an item is out of stock, we will promptly notify you via email within 3 days to discuss available options, including exchanges for alternative items. Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email notification.

Delivery Time: For Canadian orders, please allow 2 - 5 business days for delivery after the order has been shipped. For United States orders, please allow 3 - 7 days for delivery after shipment.

Shipping Policy: We ship orders only to the billing address provided.

Important Note: For credit card payments, it is crucial that the billing address matches the shipping address exactly. Any discrepancies may result in delays, and we will contact you to verify the correct address. If you choose PayPal as your payment method, your order will be shipped to the address associated with your PayPal account. If your package needs to be delivered to an address different from the billing address, please contact us for approval. Express/Next Day Air orders are shipped only to the approved billing address determined by our processing department.

Customs Duty & Import Tax: Please be aware that we are not responsible for any customs duty or import tax associated with your order. We encourage customers to allow sufficient time for delivery and to anticipate any unplanned delays that may occur during the shipping process.
